Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Transport food orders from kitchen to tables and announce food to guests
  • Clean, set and reset tables continuously
  • Assume responsibility for assigned station and perform side duties
  • Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout the shift
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
