Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift 15lbs for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Transport food orders from kitchen to tables and announce food to guests
- Clean, set and reset tables continuously
- Assume responsibility for assigned station and perform side duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor throughout the shift
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
