Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food service experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift moderate weight
  • flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • food handler’s certification preferred
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • willingness to take direction from supervisors

Job Duties

  • Maintain clean service areas including dining and theatre spaces
  • coordinate food orders with kitchen and server staff to ensure timely delivery
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • meet special guest requests while maintaining high quality
  • welcome and greet guests making them feel comfortable
  • perform side work at start and end of shifts according to station assignment
  • clear and reset tables
  • thank guests and invite them to return
  • fill in as needed to support smooth operation
  • place dirty dishes and utensils properly in bus carts and maintain cart cleanliness
