Job Duties
- Maintain clean service areas including dining and theatre spaces
- coordinate food orders with kitchen and server staff for timely delivery
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
- meet special guest requests while upholding quality standards
- welcome and greet guests to make them comfortable
- perform side work at start and end of shifts as required
- clear and reset tables
- thank guests and invite them to return
- fill in as needed to support smooth business operations
- properly place dirty dishes and utensils in bus carts and maintain clean cart supplies
