Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills
Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs while carrying food items and dishes throughout shift
Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
Ability to push and pull
Ability to lift overhead
Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
