Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours continuously
- Ability to lift and maneuver trays up to 30 pounds safely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be friendly and have a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment effectively
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly, warm and caring attitude
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work well with a team
- Experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
Job Duties
- Greet guests and escort them as soon as possible to a clean table
- Bid farewell to guests leaving and invite them to return
- Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to guests
- Have a good understanding of our menu
- Clean and reset tables
- Help fellow team members when appropriate
- Work walking/standing for 100 percent of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
