Job Duties

  • Provides excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual
  • carries out all tasks necessary to prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift
  • ensures entire table order is completed prior delivering food
  • communicates with team member regarding any guest requests
  • ensures timely delivery of food following proper table and seat numbers
  • inspects each dish prior to delivery, ensuring it meets recipes and company quality standards
  • effectively expedite food from the kitchen
  • maintain cleanliness of work area
  • complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis
  • assist other team members as necessary and complete tasks assigned by the management team
  • keep management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team members
  • follow all company policies as outlined in company handbook
