Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately read and expedite food tickets according to company standards
- Knowledge of food recipes and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to carry and balance multiple plates at a fast pace
- Must maintain a consistently positive and friendly demeanor
- Ability to refill drinks and pre-bus tables efficiently
- Ability to observe and interact regularly with guests throughout the dining experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand food tickets accurately
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages quickly and carefully to guest tables
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and managers regarding orders and any issues
- Accurately read food tickets and expedite orders based on ticket times
- Ensure all guest expectations are met before leaving the table
- Refill non-alcoholic drinks and maintain water and tea pitchers
- Observe tables and assist with pre-busing and bussing as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and handle stress while providing excellent customer service
