Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to follow detailed instructions in English

  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to sanitary and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Walk completed trays into dining rooms and/or server wait stations
  • communicate with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • notify serving personnel of item shortages or product counts
  • carry trays as instructed by expediter
  • act as expediter if one is not present
  • record count of items to accumulate food control data
  • practice proper sanitary handling and safety procedures
  • report to work in proper uniform as outlined by Club Management
  • assist servers in their tasks
  • remove soiled linen and replace with clean linen
  • collect trash from specified places after each serving period
  • perform all other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager
