Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions in English

- commitment to sanitary and safety standards
Job Duties
- Walk completed trays into dining rooms and/or server wait stations
- communicate with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- notify serving personnel of item shortages or product counts
- carry trays as instructed by expediter
- act as expediter if one is not present
- record count of items to accumulate food control data
- practice proper sanitary handling and safety procedures
- report to work in proper uniform as outlined by Club Management
- assist servers in their tasks
- remove soiled linen and replace with clean linen
- collect trash from specified places after each serving period
- perform all other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager
