Job Requirements
- A valid current Food Handler's Card
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs and navigate stairs and hilly terrain
- Must be able to work in a kitchen environment exposed to extreme heat, wet, cold and humid conditions
- Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented and courteous
- Stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Work weekends, evenings on-site winery events and holidays
- Build team dynamics and synergy across departments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Know all ingredient details of every dish on the menu
- Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining room and service stations during shifts
- Support company efforts to create a sustainable, cross-cultural and green environment
- Assist in building team dynamics and synergy across departments
- Follow safety and food handling protocols
