Job Duties

  • Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest in general is pleasant timely and pleasant
  • Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
  • Make sure tables are clear clean and quickly reset between seats
  • Serve appropriate entrees from Perry's including pork chops chateaubriand and bone-in tenderloin steaks tableside for guests
  • Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
