Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • able to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
  • effective communication skills
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • report to work in correct uniform and station
  • garnish finished entrees according to recipe guidelines
  • deliver food promptly to correct tables and positions
  • coordinate with kitchen stations to time hot and cold dishes
  • set up and maintain front line equipment and smallwares
  • complete assigned side work in front and back of house
  • read order tickets and monitor cooking times for accuracy
