Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- able to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
- effective communication skills
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- report to work in correct uniform and station
- garnish finished entrees according to recipe guidelines
- deliver food promptly to correct tables and positions
- coordinate with kitchen stations to time hot and cold dishes
- set up and maintain front line equipment and smallwares
- complete assigned side work in front and back of house
- read order tickets and monitor cooking times for accuracy
