Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they have ordered, just the way they like it
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Partner with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a perfectly timed, beautifully presented dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
