Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests rapidly and accurately
- act as the contact point between front-of-house and back-of-house employees
- remove dirty dishes and utensils from guest tables when needed
- answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
- inform restaurant staff about guests’ feedback or requests
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- support kitchen staff by relaying orders and needs
