Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service preferred
  • ability to lift, bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods
  • adherence to uniform policy and wearing prescribed personal protective equipment
  • physical stamina and endurance
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Food service certification required
  • ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • ability to work under high-pressure situations
  • ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately
  • good communication skills
  • basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals and baked goods in accordance with the menu
  • document and verify daily transactions and meal prep activities
  • ensure all components of a meal are properly accounted for and prepared
  • ensure proper and hygienic storage of food to prevent spoilage and contamination
  • serve food to customers in accordance with the designated meal times and operational procedures
  • proper handling and maintenance of cooking tools, with particular care for sharp utensils
  • ensure all food and beverages are prepared and ready promptly for service
