Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- Must have good sense of balance
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe
- Frequently lift and carry food and beverage items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

- Must comply with company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide passionate and engaging guest service
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy items
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages orders with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests
- Ensure all food items are served as soon as they are ready
- Serve each guest at a table together maintaining proper timing
- Respond to guests questions with informed answers
- Stand and exert fast-paced mobility throughout the shift
- Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties and assist in other hotel areas as assigned
