Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables swiftly and accurately
- act as a liaison between kitchen staff and servers ensuring clear communication and efficient service
- inspect and ensure all food orders are accurate and meet presentation standards before being served
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to prioritize orders and manage ticket times
- assist with plating and garnishing of dishes as needed
- set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- maintain a clean and organized expo and service area throughout the shift
- address guest questions and concerns in a polite and efficient manner
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist in bussing and resetting tables when needed
- handle any guest complaints or issues with food in a professional manner
- perform other duties as assigned by the manager
