Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables swiftly and accurately
  • act as a liaison between kitchen staff and servers ensuring clear communication and efficient service
  • inspect and ensure all food orders are accurate and meet presentation standards before being served
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to prioritize orders and manage ticket times
  • assist with plating and garnishing of dishes as needed
  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • maintain a clean and organized expo and service area throughout the shift
  • address guest questions and concerns in a polite and efficient manner
  • follow all health and safety regulations
  • assist in bussing and resetting tables when needed
  • handle any guest complaints or issues with food in a professional manner
  • perform other duties as assigned by the manager
