Job Duties
- delivering trays of food to different dining rooms
- communicating with servers on food orders
- bringing back used dishes and trays
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
- assisting with larger banquets and events by running and supplying food to buffets or dining spaces
- helping to return used dishes to the dish line
- taking directions from expediters or management
