Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of unusual problems or matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing
- ensure food is properly garnished before delivery
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- offer assistance by clearing dishes, glassware, and refilling beverages
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a friendly demeanor with consistent smiling
- clearly communicate with guests and team members
