Job Requirements
- Must have 1-year prior restaurant experience
- Must be able to work either weekdays or weekends
- Ability to lift over 20 pounds
- Strong command of English language
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and proper etiquette standards
Job Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the English language to communicate with guests, associates, and vendors effectively
- Prior restaurant experience of at least one year
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays or weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
- Replace table linen and set tables with silverware and glassware
- Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
- Service ice water and butter to guests
- Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers
- Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints or issues
- Use proper etiquette guidelines with guests
- Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures
- Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested
