Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shift
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • Ability to push and pull
  • Ability to lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage service
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure
  • Basic English language proficiency

Job Duties

  • Transport food orders from kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately
  • Announce food orders to guests with a friendly attitude
  • Clean, set, and reset tables continuously
  • Manage assigned station including side duties
  • Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
