Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds independently for extended periods
- Capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs during entire shift
- Must be able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Possess hand-eye coordination
- Able to reach, bend, twist, stoop
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Ensure timely delivery of food to guests
- Transport food orders accurately from kitchen to tables
- Announce food orders to guests with a friendly demeanor
- Clean, set, and re-set tables continuously
- Maintain responsibility for assigned station and side duties
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Provide exceptional guest service to enhance dining experience
