Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds independently for extended periods
  • Capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs during entire shift
  • Must be able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day
  • Possess hand-eye coordination
  • Able to reach, bend, twist, stoop
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure timely delivery of food to guests
  • Transport food orders accurately from kitchen to tables
  • Announce food orders to guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Clean, set, and re-set tables continuously
  • Maintain responsibility for assigned station and side duties
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Provide exceptional guest service to enhance dining experience
