Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • basic english language and professional communication skills
  • able to independently lift up to 15lbs
  • ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
  • must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • hand-eye coordination
  • reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • pushing and pulling
  • lifting overhead
  • ability to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Duties

  • transport food orders from kitchen to appropriate table
  • announce food to guests
  • clean, set and re-set tables continuously
  • assume responsibility for station, tables and side duties
  • work with team to exceed guest expectations
  • maintain a friendly and positive attitude
  • adhere to safety and sanitation standards
