Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- High school education
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred

Job Duties
- Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window
- Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
- Communicate with the servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
- Be aware of and be able to inform guests of Pacific Catch’s ingredients and components of all food and beverage items
- Ensure that all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean for guests
- Proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager during downtime
- Make sure to-go roll-ups and server station are stocked
- Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage
