Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, lift overhead, and climb stairs

Job Duties

  • Transport food orders from kitchen to tables
  • Announce food to guests
  • Clean, set, and reset tables continuously
  • Assume responsibility for assigned station and tables
  • Work collaboratively with team to exceed guests' expectations
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor throughout shifts
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
