Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
- Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table
- Announce food to guests with a friendly demeanor
- Clean, set, and reset tables continuously
- Assume responsibility for station, tables, and side duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
