Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Good physical stamina to carry food and beverages safely
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and dependable with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with entering their food and beverage orders at the point of sale
- Handle payments and order entry with accuracy and care
- Deliver prepared food and beverages to tables quickly and courteously
- Keep the dining area clean by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and resetting for the next guests
- Maintain organized, safe, and tidy front-of-house spaces
- Answer guest questions and support requests with a positive, helpful attitude
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep orders moving smoothly
- Restock utensils, supplies, and service areas as needed
- Help uphold our guest service standards and contribute to a positive team environment
