Job Duties
- Fulfill opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and cleaning equipment
- Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of work areas, bar furniture, tables, and other tools
- Adhere to company safety policies and report maintenance issues or hazards
- Support team members and treat them with dignity and respect
