Job Requirements
- ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic english language and professional communication skills
- able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
- must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- hand-eye coordination
- reaching, bending twisting, stooping
- pushing and pulling
- lifting overhead
- must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties
- transport food orders from kitchen to appropriate table
- announce food to guests
- clean, set and re-set tables continuously
- assume responsibility for station, tables and side duties
- work with team to exceed guests' expectations
- maintain food safety and sanitation
- provide quality food and beverage knowledge
