- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant and timely
- Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
- Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats
- Serve appropriate entrees including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside
- Assist the chef team with kitchen maintenance including replenishing cutlery and crockery
- Clean all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
