Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand english to communicate with employees and residents
- manual dexterity with kitchen utensils
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull continuously without extended sitting
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- one year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- assist in delivering food and beverages to residents and guests promptly
- support dining room staff by clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations
- communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure timely service
- assist with special events setup and service duties
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- provide courteous and friendly service following The Sterling Touch® standards
