Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age upon date of hire
- ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- continuous use of hands and arms

Job Qualifications
- friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
- experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
- basic knowledge of food safety and handling

Job Duties
- maintains high knowledge regarding companys products, availability, specials, services offered, current and upcoming events, etc
- effectively communicates such to guests
- serves as food quality inspector to ensure final product preparations align with company standards before delivering items to guests
- delivers food items in a timely manner to ensure optimum food temperature when it reaches the guests
- greets guests when approaching the table and matches food items with the correct guests
- communicates any relevant messages to servers and/or bartenders regarding guests requests/needs
- sets up and breaks down work station in accordance with department procedures and standards
- maintains adequate par levels of condiments, garnishes, and other related items
- preps condiments as needed
- ensures work station is organized and clean at all times
- completes all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- complies with uniform standards
- provides exceptional customer service to each guest on every occasion in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- looks for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and offers assistance accordingly
- displays genuine hospitality and courteousness on a consistent basis
