- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately
- Act as the contact point between FOH and BOH employees
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils from the guest's table when needed
- Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
- Inform restaurant staff about guests' feedback or requests
