Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly, accurately, and with polished presentation
  • Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and preparations to confidently describe dishes when needed
  • Coordinate closely with chefs, servers, and supervisors to ensure proper timing and table pacing
  • Verify plate presentation and quality before delivery to the dining room
  • Support servers by assisting with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and guest needs as appropriate
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all service areas
  • Actively contribute to a calm, professional, and guest-focused service environment
