Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to be on feet and move throughout dining area
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food runner or similar role preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to move effectively throughout dining room
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 15 lbs and bus tubs up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
Job Duties
- Transport food orders from kitchen to appropriate table promptly
- Confirm that delivered dishes match table orders and fulfill special requests
- Interact courteously with guests and assist with additional requests
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient food service flow
- Assist in clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
- Help reset tables and ensure they are clean and properly set
