Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- ability to read, write and understand english
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- one-year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- assist in the delivery of culinary activities across all dining venues including bistro, casual, formal, luminations memory care and club room
- support special events and private functions with timely and courteous service
- deliver food and beverages promptly to residents, family members and guests
- clear and reset tables efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- collaborate with culinary and dining staff to ensure smooth service operations
- provide friendly, helpful and respectful interaction consistent with sterling touch standards
