Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout shift
- Capable of walking and/or standing for 8-10 hours per day
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Transport food orders from kitchen to appropriate tables
- Announce food to guests upon delivery
- Clean, set, and re-set tables continuously
- Assume responsibility for station, tables, and side duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout shifts
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
