Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 15 pounds independently
- good hand-eye coordination
- ability to perform reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- good physical stamina and endurance
- basic english language proficiency

- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

Job Duties
- ensure food reaches the correct guest in a timely manner
- transport food orders from kitchen to the appropriate table
- announce food items to guests
- clean, set, and re-set tables continuously
- assume responsibility for assigned station and side duties
- work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
- maintain a friendly and professional disposition throughout shifts
