Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service role is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical stamina and ability to carry heavy items
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
  • Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and/or plates and stand for long hours

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
  • Ensure the highest quality of food presentation is maintained
  • Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
  • Communicate food orders and special requests such as food allergies
  • Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards including proper temperature
  • Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
  • Perform side work and assist in station setup
