Job Duties

  • Understand the importance of adhering to high customer service standards
  • Ensure that orders are complete and food looks appealing before being served to a guest
  • Ensure that all food is delivered to guest in a timely manner
  • Maintain excellent knowledge about menu items and ingredients
  • Maintain knowledge of all table numbers
  • Ensure that all server stations are cleaned and organized
  • Perform all opening, running, and closing duties
  • Other duties as requested by manager
