Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to carry trays and plates weighing up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in restaurant environment preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times and checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they ordered and how they like it
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest first mindset placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food runner stations
- Communicate promptly any issues or special requests to kitchen and management
