Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required
  • ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay on your feet for extended periods
  • must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of tray setups and service ware
  • ability to understand verbal English for guest requests and written English for safety notices
  • ability to lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs
  • ability to learn menu items and garnishes
  • ability to multi-task and stay composed during peak hours
  • ability to self-motivate during slower periods
  • hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up garnishes for dishes and prepare trays for service
  • stock dishware, silverware, and linens as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • reset trays promptly and efficiently throughout service
  • assist with setting up and breaking down station at beginning and end of shift
  • deliver food orders accurately and in a timely manner to guests
  • maintain ticket times and ensure prompt delivery consistent with quoted times
  • ensure proper plate presentation standards are met before delivery
  • assist with guest requests to ensure satisfaction
  • communicate effectively between servers and kitchen associates
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
