Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry plates and trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders checking finished product for proper degree of doneness appearance and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they ordered just the way they like it
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest first mindset placing a high priority on the guest experience
