Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational skills
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- excellent interpersonal skills

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- previous experience in restaurant busser or similar role preferred

Job Duties
- set tables before meal service
- clear tables by removing used dishes
- reset silverware and glassware between guests
- refill beverages for diners
- assist servers with customer requests
- maintain cleanliness of dining area
- ensure timely clearing and preparation of tables
