Job Duties
- Set-up work station before diner opens
- Make sure dishes presentable and with proper garnish
- Maintain plates and silverware
- Maintain communication with waiting staff and the kitchen staff
- Make sure that all equipment is clean
- Re-stock work station
- Always be polite and professional
