Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Valid Food Handler Card
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
- Ensure all food items meet quality and safety standards
- Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Support kitchen team during service hours
