Job Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up section including preparing items such as condiments, garnishes, silverware, coffee, tea, ice, etc
- Greet all guests in a warm, personal, and friendly manner
- Check that each plate is wiped and correctly garnished prior to leaving the kitchen
- Accountable for all plates leaving the kitchen window
- Deliver food items to guests tables as ordered and within the appropriate time limits (hot food hot, cold food cold), describing each food item when placing them in front of the guests using the CPS method and seat position numbers
- Check for proper condiments and utensils when approaching the table to deliver food
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems
- Assist service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests meal and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Keep clean kitchen pass out and runner stations, regularly checking floor for debris
- Stock service areas with supplies such as plates, utensils, pizza boxes, condiments, and to go items throughout service period
- Maintain awareness of current availability of food items throughout service period and communicate effectively with management and service team
- Take extra care to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in each duty performed
- Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding scheduling and attendance
