Job Duties
- maintain company safety and sanitation standards
- cross train to work the expo line in the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness of wait stations and sales floor
- empty trash, spot sweeps and mops as necessary
- perform opening and closing duties such as stocking condiments, rolling silverware, stocking cups and plates
- maintain stock of operating supplies
- bus and reset tables
