Job Duties
- Maintain a working knowledge of all food menu items
- Deliver the correct food from the kitchen to the guest efficiently and with an approachable, upbeat attitude
- Greet guests with professional and friendly hospitality, offering your assistance whenever necessary
- Anticipate the guest's needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Ensure guests have proper utensils, plates, napkins and condiments
- Assist with clearing and cleaning tables throughout the guest's visit as well as immediately upon departure
- Adapt to changing guest volume with a sense of urgency
