Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Physical stamina to carry trays and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must adhere to food safety regulations
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Previous food service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
  • Ensure each order matches restaurant and guest specifications
  • Communicate guests' additional orders or needs to kitchen staff or expeditor, including food allergies
  • Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen teams to maintain service flow
  • Monitor dining area to anticipate needs and support guest satisfaction
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards throughout service
