Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- physical stamina to carry trays and stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- understanding of and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
- ensuring the highest quality of food presentation
- acting as the point-of-contact between front of the house and back of the house staff
- communicating food orders and paying attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
- ensuring food is served according to safety standards like proper temperature
- answering guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
- assisting with side work and station set-up
